THE POSITION

The 2nd Level Technical Support Developer role is very much based around assisting the Customer Success team in being able to facilitate customer requests and helping to resolve bugs and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

The successful individual will sit within the fast-paced, highly skilled and diverse development team providing an integral communication bridge to the Customer Success team. The role will involve technically debugging and troubleshooting tickets raised from customers using many different skills and techniques.

It will be a very diverse and challenging role with many opportunities to learn and fine tune many different skillsets helping to grow and develop with the company.

In order to be successful in this role the applicant should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in MSSQL. Both writing and running queries in order to obtain desired results.
  • Ability to understand and logically breakdown technical requests in order to provide a resolution.
  • A good understanding of ASP.NET MVC, Javascript, HTML and CSS.
  • Good diplomacy, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly diligent with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • High level of interest and experience in e-commerce, Internet and web technologies.
  • Previous experience using Jira Greenhopper will be beneficial but not necessary.
  • You must be friendly and very reliable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent work ethic is key, both high output and attention to detail is expected.
